I am a coach and I work for a club; which package should I choose, “individual” or “club”?
• If you are paying for your subscription yourself, choose the “individual” package.
• If your club will be paying for your subscription, choose the “club” package. Have any questions about the “club” package? Please refer to the FAQ – “Club subscription” section
• The “individual” package does not allow you to add other users and is therefore not suitable for club activities. Also, it does not allow you to generate an invoice in the name of the club.

I have taken out an “individual” subscription; can I get an invoice in the name of my club?
• No, if you want an invoice in the name of your club, we invite you to subscribe to a “Club” package (for one or more users).

I already have Gymneo books; what are the benefits of subscribing to GymneoTV?
• Subscription to GymneoTV will provide you with the most theoretical and practical knowledge for training.
• The books provide progressive instruction, in the form of illustrations, to teach the technical aspects of gymnastics.
• The videos, which can be accessed through the GymneoTV subscription, are complete training courses for learning how to teach each element. They allow you to consolidate your knowledge on each apparatus. In the videos you will find advice and learning material in sections such as technical analysis, prerequisites, teaching methodology, spotting, specific physical preparation, etc.

Is it possible to pause or stop the monthly payments?
• Monthly payment is a more flexible payment plan, which allows you to spread the cost of your annual subscription over the entire year.
• It is not possible to stop during the year, but you can cancel the automatic renewal of your annual subscription at any time before the anniversary date, via your personal space – “Manage my subscription” section.
• You can also choose to switch to a single annual payment. If you choose this method, when you renew your subscription the full subscription will be collected in one installment, and your subscription will no longer be collected monthly. To do this, go to your account dashboard – “Manage my subscription” section

Is it possible to switch from the standard package to the PRO package during the year?
• Yes, it is certainly possible to change your package during the year. To do this, go to your account dashboard – “Subscription management” section The additional amount to be paid will be calculated automatically in proportion to the time remaining on your subscription.

I am a GymneoTV subscriber; can I share my login details with my colleagues?
• No. The GymneoTV subscription provides personal and individual access for each identified user. You are not allowed to share your login details with one or more other people.
• If several coaches from the same club wish to use Gymneo’s services, we invite you to choose a “Club” package by selecting the total number of users in the club. This service is charged at the special rate of €39 p.a. per user.

With the “individual” package is it permissible to share my training lists with other coaches who have a GymneoTV subscription?
• No. The “individual” package is reserved for a single subscriber, who pays for their subscription themself. To share your training lists, please subscribe to a “Club” package.

My coaches do not have the same level of training; is it worth taking out a “Club” subscription?
• GymneoTV provides training for all practice levels. Colored dots allow you to quickly identify “Basic”, “Intermediate”, “Performance” or “High Level” training options. Thanks to their independent access your coaches will be able to personalize their training courses and view the training materials suited to their level.
• By focusing on training for your entire team, you improve the learning of gymnastics basics, and ensure faster and more efficient progress for all your groups of gymnasts.
• Your club’s technical manager can also advise each of your coaches about the training courses suitable for the groups of gymnasts for whom they are responsible.

How many users should I choose in the “Club” package?
• If your club has only one coach, the basic “Club” package is sufficient. It includes access for one user.
• If several coaches from the same club wish to use Gymneo’s services, we invite you to choose a “Club” package by selecting the total number of users in the club. This service is charged at the special rate of €39 p.a. per user.
Coaches, volunteers, and trainees are likely to be interested in GymneoTV. Consult your team and provide as much access as you need for future users. -
How do I generate my invoice?
• Subscription to the “Club” package gives you access to an “administrator” account. This account, which is reserved for club managers, allows you to access your invoices, via your account dashboard – “My orders – Invoices” section

Can coaches from the same club share their training lists?
• Yes, this is one of the advantages of the “Club” package. All the users identified by the club can share one or more training lists that they have prepared. In this way the technical manager can send their team any training and educational instructions to be used for future sessions.
• This option is also very useful when one of the coaches is absent, for sending the training program to their colleagues.

What should I do if one of my coaches leaves the club?
• The “club” package lets you have as many user accounts on GymneoTV as the number of coaches you have. If one of them leaves the club, we invite you to contact us via the “contact” section. We will delete the outgoing coach’s account and register the new coach, who in turn will be able to benefit from access to GymneoTV training courses and to the PRO tools* (*depending on your subscription package).

I am the president of the club; will I be informed about the renewal of our subscription, and about updates on the site?
• The “club” package allows managers to have an “administrator” account to manage the GymneoTV subscription as well as one or more “user” accounts to access the training videos and PRO tools.
• By having an “administrator” account you will be informed of subscription deadlines, your loyalty benefits, and any updates which appear on the site. In the name of your club you will be able to use your loyalty benefits to buy books or video coaching sessions for your team of coaches or personalized calendars for your members.
• As a manager in your club, you also have the option at any time of adding new users to your “club” account, and of changing the subscription package during the year (to switch from the classic package to the PRO package).

Our club does not have a bank card; how can we pay for our subscription?
• Subscription to the “Club” package can also be paid for by check (only in France) or bank transfer.

Can I cancel my club subscription?
• It is not possible to cancel your subscription during the year, but you can choose to cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time and without having to provide a reason. To do this, up to one day before the end of your subscription go to your account dashboard – “Subscription management” section. Your subscription will then end on the last day of your subscription period, and your users’ accounts will be closed.

What are the advantages of a “Club” subscription compared to an “individual” subscription?
• You choose the number of users in your club and, at any time during the year, you can add new users to adapt your subscription to your club’s activity, at an exceptional rate: only €39 p.a. per user.
• Your coaches can share their training lists with each other.
• You benefit from a discount on the printing of your personalized flyers, posters and calendars, in addition to your discount on books.
• You access your invoice in the name of the club, via your administrator account.

Is it possible to switch from the classic package to the PRO package during the year?
• Yes, it is certainly possible to change your package during the year. To do this, go to your account dashboard – “Subscription management” section, from your administrator account. The additional amount to be paid will be calculated automatically in proportion to the time remaining on your subscription.

Is it possible to add additional users during the year?
• Your “administrator” account allows you to add users, even during the year. The additional amount to be paid will be calculated automatically in proportion to the time remaining on your subscription.

Can my coaches share their login details with each other?
• No. The GymneoTV subscription provides personal and individual access for each identified user. You are not allowed to share your login details with one or more other people, even if they work in the same club.
• The training program registered by each coach (training courses in progress, favorite training courses and training course history) allows them to optimize their training time, to find the information they needs more quickly, and to select their training courses in accordance with their training needs. This information is unique to each coach and enables them to work more effectively. Similarly, the information registered in their PRO tools (with the PRO package) enables them to get straight to the essential aspects and to personalize their work support.

I have just taken out a subscription; when will my training courses be available?
• If you have taken out an “individual” subscription: your training courses are available immediately, as soon as you have confirmed your payment by credit card.
• If you have taken out a “club” subscription: as soon as you have confirmed your payment by credit card you will be asked to enter the email address(es) of the user(s) of your subscription. Each user then receives an invitation to create their account by email. The training materials are available immediately once your users have created their accounts.
• If you have chosen to pay for your subscription by bank transfer (for “club” packages only), your administrator account will be activated by our team following receipt of your payment. You will then be asked to enter the email address(es) of your subscription user(s). The training courses will then be available immediately, as soon as your users have created their personal accounts following your invitation.

What do the training videos contain?
• Our training videos on technical elements generally contain the following: technical analysis of the element, prerequisites, teaching analysis, drills, spotting. For more information on these different sections, we invite you to read the explanations at the bottom of the page: HERE.
• To find out more about each training course, please read the detailed description as well as the chapters for each one of them on each “training” description.
• A series of Gymneo Live training videos is also available and allows you to watch training sessions as they happen. For more information about these training courses, please click HERE.
• The Slow Motion sequences allow you to watch all the technical elements you want to teach, in slow motion. These sequences are particularly interesting to watch with your gymnasts, to enable them to visualize the skills to be performed.

Can I download the videos?
• The video training materials cannot be downloaded. The videos can be accessed from any device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) connected to the internet.

Is it possible to request a training course on a particular topic?
• The “Suggestions” tab allows GymneoTV subscribers to submit training topic requests. We invite you to watch our explanatory video: HERE.
• Individual video coaching sessions are also available in the “Other Gymneo products” section. These sessions allow you to address all the topics that you want to with your GymneoTV trainer. GymneoTV subscribers automatically benefit from a discount on these sessions.

Is there an order to be followed with the training videos?
• All the training videos are available 24/7 to all subscribers, so they can be watched in any order.
• To facilitate your searches the training courses are classified by apparatus, by theme but also by level (colored dots): basic / intermediate / performance / high performance.
• Feel free to create your own training plan in accordance with your gymnastics training background and to suit the groups of gymnasts that you are training. You can take training courses on elements that you already know, in order to supplement your knowledge and perfect your teaching of the basics of gymnastics. Then you can proceed with training courses in line with the development of your gymnasts.
• If you are just starting out, we advise you to follow the training courses before tackling a new technical element with your gymnasts. In this way you make sure that you are familiar with the most relevant techniques and benchmarks to help your gymnasts progress.
• Also, remember to use the “my favorites” section to select the training courses that you want to follow, and those to which you may need to refer.

How do I organize my training if I don't have time to watch an entire training course?
• Each training course is divided into several chapters, which are themselves divided into several sections. You can therefore easily select the chapter and/or section that interests you, if you do not have time to follow a training course from start to finish. This chaptering is available next to your video screen, as well as at the bottom of each training description.
• In addition, if you have started a training course and have not completed it, it will appear in your account dashboard – “My training materials” section – “Resume current training course”.
• If you want faster access to particular training courses that interest you, you can save them in your favorites, so that you can easily find them again.

How can I remember the drills offered in each training course?
• With the PRO package, you have access to the exercise library. Along with other things you will find there all the exercises described in the training courses.
• When viewing a training course don’t hesitate to save the list of exercises that interest you using this new tool. In this way you are sure not to forget anything, and you can retrieve your exercises to show them to your gymnasts with just a few clicks.

Can I share my training lists with the other coaches in my club?
• Yes, if you have selected a “club” package. All the users identified by the club can share one or more training lists that they have prepared. In this way the technical manager can send their team their training and educational instructions to be used for future sessions.
• This option is also very useful when one of the coaches is absent, for sending the training program to their colleagues.

Which subscription gives me access to the PRO tools?
• The PRO tools: exercise library, training lists, lists of gymnasts, results of tests and competitions and floor music are available with the “Individual PRO” and “Club PRO” subscription packages.

How long is the information that I save in my PRO tools kept?
• The information saved in your PRO tools is kept for as long as there are no gaps in your subscriptions.
• Discontinuing your subscription deletes the information that you have saved in your PRO tools, as well as the history of your training courses.

If I change my subscription, will I lose all my saved information?
• When you change your subscription package the information saved in your account is retained.
• However, if you switch from a PRO package to a classic package you will no longer have access to the PRO tools and so you will no longer have access to the exercise library, nor to your training lists, lists of gymnasts, test and competition results and floor music.

How do I benefit from a discount on books?
• Any subscription to GymneoTV entitles you to a 15% discount on all Gymneo books, from the first day of your subscription.
• This discount is applied directly in your shopping cart, once you are logged in with the same account as your GymneoTV subscriber account.

Can I buy books at the same time as subscribing to GymneoTV?
• It is not technically possible to purchase a GymneoTV subscription and buy a book at the same time.
• We recommend that you order your GymneoTV subscription first, then subsequently order your books (or other Gymneo products). You will then automatically benefit from the loyalty discounts linked to your GymneoTV subscriber status.

Can the books be used at the same time as the training courses?
• Yes, absolutely, Gymneo books complement the training videos.
• Amongst other things you will find in them the exercises presented in the training courses. The illustrations allow you to show your gymnasts the movements to be performed.

Are Gymneo books available in other languages?
• Gymneo books are currently available in French, in English and in Italian. They will also soon be available in Spanish.

Which countries are Gymneo books shipped to?
• Our books are shipped from France to all countries around the world, without exception.

How much are the shipping costs?
• Our shipping costs take into account the costs of transport and packaging, and are set depending on the weight of your package, the type of shipment and the destination country. Our charges are reviewed each year, based on the charges imposed by the carrier.

How does a coaching session work?
• When you have ordered your coaching session you will receive an email allowing you to choose the date and time of your session. At this point you can inform our trainer about the topic and/or the questions you would like addressed.
• On the day of the appointment you will receive a link by email to access your Zoom meeting.
• During this face-to-face interview you are free to ask any questions you wish. Our trainer will respond to your requirements, and will use technological tools to provide you with the most practical answers possible and to make the discussion lively and relevant: interactive screen, videos, illustrations, demonstrations, etc.

What computer equipment do I need?
• Any device enabling you to connect to the Internet will allow you to join a video coaching session. The use of both a webcam and a microphone is recommended, in order to facilitate interactions between the trainer and yourself.

How is the topic of the session chosen?
• Following your purchase you will indicate the topic you wish to discuss on the appointment form. Nothing is set in stone, and you will be able to adjust your questions during the consultation.

Should I prepare for the coaching session in advance?
• Ideally, it is preferable to prepare the questions that are important to you and to send them in advance to our trainer, who will then be able to anticipate the content of your session.
• Try to summarize your topics and don’t hesitate to take notes before and during your session, so that you won’t forget to address the essential topics in your practice and so make the most of this personalized face-to-face session.

Can I attend a coaching session with my fellow coaches?
• Yes, there are several options available to you: personalized consultations for 1 to 2 people and team coaching sessions for 3 to 6 people.

Do we have to be in the same room to participate in a team coaching session?
• Not necessarily. Make your arrangements in line with your options, the layout of your premises and the IT equipment you have. You can take part in your sessions in the same room or with each person in their own homes. It is important that you are properly set up, that your equipment’s sound enables you to follow your session and that you can chat live with your trainer.

I am a user on my club's GymneoTV subscription; can I benefit from my club's discount and sign up for a coaching session?
• Yes, absolutely. As a user on your club’s subscription you benefit from preferential discounts on all coaching services. This discount is applied automatically when you purchase any of these services.

How does a video analysis work?
• The video analysis allows you to send 3 technical elements in video format, for which you would like advice (what are the shortcomings, is it possible to improve this element, etc.).
• Our trainer gives you video feedback, with his analysis, his technical advice and corrective solutions.

Is the GymneoTV site available in several languages?
• The GymneoTV site is currently available in French and English. Translations into Italian and Spanish are currently in progress.
