In the first part of this training, it's important that we look at the technique of the skill. Find out what actions must be added to a swing in order to come back toward the bar, passing from suspension to support, keeping the arms straight.
In the second part, we'll work on the 7 prerequisites for a three-quarter giant. With the advice our trainer gives you, you'll be able to teach this skill quickly and without any major difficulties.
For each prerequisite, we'll be analyzing the performance criteria that allow you to check they are done well enough to begin the skill progression.
Then we'll move on to the skill progression. Here you'll see how, step by step, your gymnasts can progress from the first exercises on the floor, to a competition-ready skill.
