This foundational movement is repeated several times in a competition routine. Despite its apparent simplicity, mastery of this movement requires a great deal of work and many repetitions. You need to be able to coordinate the entire group of skills required - mental and physical as well as technique.
Presented in this training are: an analysis of technique, the prerequisites, specific physical preparation, the necessary spotting techniques, as well as a complete series of exercises to learn the skill.
