This training is divided into three sections:
The first is the analysis of technique. Learn the major difference between the movements needed on floor and those needed for perfect execution on beam. We'll go through each technical phase in detail.
In the second section, we will examine the prerequisites: the 3 basic elements to master, and the criteria to look for to determine whether your gymnasts are ready to tackle cartwheel on beam.
The final section deals with the training circuits. With drills and specific physical preparation exercises, you will discover an approach in 3 stages that will guide your gymnasts from the floor to the high beam.
The stations and advice on technique are suitable for and can be adapted to all levels of practice.
This training will bring you solutions to help you teach cartwheels with confidence.
Happy training!
A tip from us: get to know this element through the technical analysis of each of its phases, but also thanks to the varied camera angles and slow-motion segments presented in this training.
