The trampoline

description

When talking of essential equipment for gymnastics, how can we not name the trampoline? Even more than a teaching aid, it has become for so many of us a veritable 5th apparatus.

But in this video, we won't be analyzing the benefits of a trampoline for teaching acrobatic skills. We'll be looking at the actual trampoline itself.

Because if you want to teach your gymnasts things like a Kaboom, Cody or Ball Out, or if you want to have them experience different complex acrobatic skills off the trampoline, then you need the "right" trampoline.

You'll see that it's important to choose the right size as well as the right bed to make the most of all of these benefits.

The type of junction between the pit and the trampoline is also a major aspect that you shouldn't ignore when choosing your set-up.

All of these aspects may seem quite minor, but they are essential for the future progress of your gymnasts.

In conclusion, we'll have a word on gymnasts' clothing. During long working sequences, this can help your gymnasts maintain their concentration.

We hope you enjoy the video.
