Physical Education Teacher - Specialist in Athletics

Physical education teacher and former gymnastics coach, Jérôme Perdriau is an athletics specialist. With a master’s degree in Training and Performance and extensive experience as an athlete (former 400m runner and now marathon runner), he has specialized in sprinting technique, physiology of effort, and training methodology. He draws on his work coaching sprinting and middle-distance running, and brings theory and practice together for the benefit of gymnastics.
